Immediately After Wood Cutting Contest in Small Show Arena

The Scholarship Auction is an opportunity for high school seniors to get help paying for their soon to be college expenses, however, they have to be involved with the fair in one way or another whether that be showing livestock, entering items in the June Simington, involved with the pageant, or even just volunteering to help clean the grounds at times over the years.

Donated items are always appreciated and will be required to be turned in to  a fair board member by 8 pm on Friday evening, unless it’s a food item, in which case we need it by 4 pm Saturday afternoon. This gives us enough time to put it on the list for the auction. 

The success has been a source of pride for everyone involved with all aspects. It takes everyone to make it successful. Items to be auctioned as needed: anything you would like to donate will be accepted throughout the week on the porch of the office. Others will be the buyers, and still others (youths) will be the recipients…. LET’S DO THIS! We hope to see you all there!
