Educational Exhibit Registration – Randolph County Fair

All Adult Booths are Filled but there are Youth Booths and Tablescape Spaces still available!

Showcase your organization's creativity and learning!
Booth space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exhibits must be educational (not promotional) and submitted by a non-profit organization.

Key details:
• Setup is Monday only from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Booth size: 6 ft wide x 4 ft deep.
• Battery-operated lighting only (no electricity provided).
• No noise, movement, water, or live animals at the county level.
• Exhibits advancing to the NEA District Fair must include movement, sound, and electricity.

All qualifying booths receive ribbons and a check!
Judges’ score sheets will be available at checkout.

Pickup: Saturday between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

A rope will be placed in front of each booth to discourage tampering. The Randolph County Fair is not responsible for loss or damage.

Tablescapes: Do a table setting for one using a desired theme. A tablespace will be provided. Exhibitors will use their own flowered centerpiece that coordinates with the theme. Must include a printed menu.  No chairs will be used. Table settings must be set up on Monday, 8am-7pm. The table setting will be on a first come first serve basis. The spots are limited. There will be room for 4 youth and 4 adults.

Randolph County Fair – August 24–29, 2026

Monday, August 24

• Master Numbers: 8 AM – 7 PM (June Simington Building)

• June Simington Building: 8 AM – 8 PM  All items (except baked goods) must be in place by 7 PM

Tuesday, August 25

• Master Numbers: 8 AM – 12 PM 

• Baked Goods Drop-off: 8 AM – 10 AM 

• Judging Begins: 10 AM (Building closed during judging, then reopens until 8 PM)

• June Simington Building: Open until 8 PM

Wednesday, August 26

• June Simington Building: 10 AM – 8 PM

Thursday, August 27

• June Simington Building: 10 AM – 8 PM

Friday, August 29

• June Simington Building: 10 AM – 8 PM

Saturday, August 29

• June Simington Building: 10 AM – 6 PM

• Item Pick-Up: 4 PM – 6 PM  This is the only time to pick up your items – please plan accordingly!

IMPORTANT – Premium Point Checks

Premium Point Checks will not be available for pickup on Sunday following the fair.

Date & Time will be posted once decided.

Please make arrangements to pick up your check during this designated time.
