Booth space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exhibits must be educational (not promotional) and submitted by a non-profit organization.
Key details:
• Setup is Monday only from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Booth size: 6 ft wide x 4 ft deep.
• Battery-operated lighting only (no electricity provided).
• No noise, movement, water, or live animals at the county level.
• Exhibits advancing to the NEA District Fair must include movement, sound, and electricity.
All qualifying booths receive ribbons and a check!
Judges’ score sheets will be available at checkout.
Pickup: Saturday between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
A rope will be placed in front of each booth to discourage tampering. The Randolph County Fair is not responsible for loss or damage.
Tablescapes: Do a table setting for one using a desired theme. A tablespace will be provided. Exhibitors will use their own flowered centerpiece that coordinates with the theme. Must include a printed menu. No chairs will be used. Table settings must be set up on Monday, 8am-7pm. The table setting will be on a first come first serve basis. The spots are limited. There will be room for 4 youth and 4 adults.
