Randolph County Fair 2025 – Livestock Schedule of Events

Monday, August 25

• Master Numbers

  • 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Master Numbers available at the Fair Office Deck.​

• Open Livestock Shows

  • 12:00 PM - 2 PM : Check-in for Open Livestock Show (Subject to change depending on entries)

  • 3:00 PM: Swine, Goats, Sheep, and Cattle competitions.​

Tuesday, August 26

• Master Numbers & Check-in

  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Master Numbers available at the Fair Office Deck.​

  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Poultry & Rabbit Check-in.​

Wednesday, August 27

• Poultry & Rabbit Judging

  • 9:00 AM: Judging in the Chicken/Rabbit Area.​

• Cattle, Goat, Sheep & Swine Check-in

  • 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Check-in followed by weigh-in at the Small Show Arena.​

Thursday, August 28

• Master Numbers & Check-in

  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Master Numbers available at the Fair Office Deck for Horses, Ponies, Donkeys & Mules.​ (NO LATE ARRIVALS!)

• Junior Livestock Shows

  • 8:00 AM: Junior Goat Show at the Small Show Arena.​

  • Following Goat Show: Junior Sheep Show at the Small Show Arena.​

  • 5:00 PM: Horse, Pony, Donkey, & Mule Judging at the Rodeo Arena.​

Friday, August 29

• Junior Livestock Shows

  • 8:00 AM: Junior Swine Show at the Small Show Arena.​

  • Following Swine Show: Junior Cattle Show at the Small Show Arena.​

• Blue Ribbon Sale

  • 6:00 PM: Support our youth exhibitors at the Blue Ribbon Sale in the Small Show Arena.​

Saturday, August 30

• Livestock Awards Ceremony

  • 5:00 PM: Celebrate the achievements of our exhibitors at the Small Show Arena.​

• Scholarship Auction

  • Immediately following the Awards Ceremony: Contribute to the future of our youth by participating in the Scholarship Auction at the Small Show Arena.

• Livestock Check-Out

  • 8:30 PM: Livestock Check-Out begins 

IMPORTANT – Premium Point Checks

Premium Point Checks will not be available for pickup on Sunday following the fair.

They will be available Saturday, September 6, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Fair Office Deck.

Please make arrangements to pick up your check during this designated time.
