2026 RANDOLPH COUNTY FAIR RODEO QUEEN PAGEANT RULES
Must be a legal resident of Randolph, Lawrence, Clay, or Greene County.
Must wear western/rodeo attire.
Jr. and Sr. Miss divisions will do an interview, horsemanship, and stage walk. Tiny and Little Miss divisions will do horsemanship and stage walk. Infant and Baby Miss divisions will do stage walk only.
No one competing can be married, pregnant, or have been with child.
The decision of the judges will be final.
Any behavior that is unruly will result in disqualification.
Entry forms must be completed and turned in by noon on August 17th. They can be emailed to mrs.cartwright2009@gmail.com or turned in at the Randolph County Extension Office.
No Stallions.
Queens in each age division must ride in the fair parade, fair junior rodeo, and Friday & Saturday night rodeo.
Under Arkansas law, an equine activity sponsor, livestock activity sponsor, livestock owner, livestock facility, and livestock auction market are not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities or livestock activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities or livestock activities.
