Monday, August 28
Pre-registration for parade may also be done at the Fair Office at this time. (If you are not competing for a prize, then it is not necessary to pre-register.)
Master numbers will be handed out at the Fair Office Deck from 1 pm—4 pm.
Commercial Building will be open at 2 pm for business.
Fair opens at 5 pm.
Check-in for Goats is from 5 pm—8 pm at the Small Show Arena.
Rocky Clements the Magician will be on the stage near the front entrance beginning at 6:30 pm.
Tuesday, August 29
Master numbers will be available at the Fair Office Deck from 8 am—8 pm.
Open Goats and Jr. Goat Show will be judged beginning at 9 am in the Small Show Arena.
June Simington Education Building will open at 10 am and begin taking your fair entries until 8 pm.

Carnival opens from 5 pm - 10 pm.
Line up for parade begins at 5 pm downtown by the courthouse.
Parade starts at 6 pm down town from the courthouse to the fairgrounds (Route may be changed due to temperature for walkers and animals.)\
Jr. Rodeo signups will begin at 6 pm near the Horse Barn. CASH or CHECK ONLY.
Jr. Rodeo will begin at 7:30 pm.
Wednesday, August 30
Master numbers will be available at the Fair Office Deck from 8 am—9:30 am for Baked Goods, Potted Plants and cut flowers ONLY.
Veteran's Appreciation Day at begins at 10 am under the tent near the front entrance by the stage.
The June Simington Building will be closed to the public at 1 pm while the judging takes place. The June Simington Building will re-open following the judging and will be open until 8 pm.
Livestock will be checked in from 5 pm—8 pm. Non-refundable stall/pen fee will be due at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS. Weigh-in will follow check in from 5 pm—8 pm in the Small Show Arena.
Pullorum testing is required before check in for poultry. Check in will take place from 5 pm - 8 pm at the Small Show Arena.
Check-in for sheep is from 5 pm—8 pm at the Small Show Arena.
Carnival opens from 5 pm - 10 pm.
Thursday, August 31
Master Numbers will be available at the Fair Office from 8 am—12 pm. NO LATE ARRIVALS PLEASE.
Check-in for horses will be on the deck of the fair office from 8 am—12 pm. Non-refundable stall/pen fee of $5.00 will be required at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Hog Show begins at 9 am.
June Simington Building opens 10 am—8 pm.
Open Sheep and Jr. Sheep will be judged beginning at the conclusion of the Hog Show.
Horse judging begins at 6 pm in the Rodeo Arena.
Carnival will be open from 5 pm - 10 pm.
Friday, September 1
Judging will begin at 9 am for the Beef & Dairy Cattle and Open Classes.
June Simington Building will be open from 10 am—10 pm.
Pre-registration for the Blue Ribbon Auction is a MUST. Pre-registration will be from 3 pm—5 pm at the Small Show Arena.
Commercial Building opens for business at 2 pm.
Blue Ribbon Auction will begin at 6 pm.
Rodeo Wristbands go on sale at the Fair Office Window at 6 pm. WRISTBANDS MUST BE IN PLACE BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA.
Rodeo begins at 8 pm.
Barn Dance beginning at 9 pm in Commercial B Building.
Carnival will be open from 5 pm - 11 pm.
Saturday, September 2
Horseshoe Pitching Contest begins at 9 am. LOCATION— near the Horse Barn.
Commercial Building and June Simington Building will be open from 10 am—10 pm.
Wood Cutting Competition begins at 1 pm in the Small Show Arena.
Baggo starts at 2 pm near the Horse Barn.
Pre-registration for the Scholarship Auction will begin from 3 pm—5 pm at the Small Show Arena. REGISTRATION FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP AUCTION IS A MUST.
Scholarship Auction will begin as soon as the Wood Cutting Contest is finished and items can be placed.
Rodeo Wristbands go on sale at 6 pm at the Fair Office Window. WRISTBANDS MUST BE IN PLACE BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA.
Rodeo begins at 8 pm.
Carnival will be open from 5 pm - 11 pm.
Sunday, September 3
The June Simington Building will be open to workers at 1 pm and to the public at 2 pm—4 pm for pickup. This gives the workers time to get the master numbers together and help make pick-up easier. Please have a record of everything you brought when coming to pick up your items.
