August 13th, Saturday
- Miss Randolph County Fair Pageant: 5 p.m. @ Rand. Co. Development Center, located on Hwy. 304, at the Black River Technical College Campus. Doors open at 3 p.m.
August 29th, Monday
- Carnival Arm Bands for Wednesday go on sale at the Mayor's office 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
- Master Numbers available in the Fair Office 12 noon - 5 p.m.
- Concession set-up: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Commercial Building Set-up: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Educational Booths Set-up: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. in the June Simington Building
- NEW: BAR-BE-QUE COOK OFF:1 - 7 p.m. Judging @ 6 p.m. in the Russell Sloan Barn
- Miss Randolph County Fair Rodeo Queen Pageant: 6 p.m. @ Fairgrounds Rodeo Arena. Arm bands for the pageant go on sale at 5 p.m.
- Pre-Registration for Parade: Available in Fair Office 12 noon - 5p.m. or at the Mayor's Office until 5 p.m.. You may get registration form on line HERE! (If you are not entering the parade for competition, you do not require a number)
- Carnival: Opens 6 p.m.
- Livestock may arrive today IF you wish BUT MUST be in-place Wed. (A $5.00 stall or pen fee is required)
- Entertainment: 7 - 9 p.m. Shannon Bailey & the Empty Pockets Band
August 30th, Tuesday
- Master Numbers available at Fair Office Ticket Window 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Then in the Educational Building from 5 to 8 p.m. TODAY ONLY and only to YOUTH exhibiting in the Educational Building
- Adult Educational Exhibits Check-In:10 a.m. - 6 p.m. for the following items: Clothing, Food Preservation, Garden/Orchard, Household Goods, Crafts & Hobbies, Art, Photography, Christmas Crafts, Needlework, and Metal/Scrap Art.
- Baked Goods may be checked in 4-8 p.m. to accommodate the people that work on Wed. morning.
- Youth Educational Exhibits Check-In: 2 - 8 p.m. Youth MUST enter exhibits.
- Pre-Registration for Parade: Available in Fair Office until 3 p.m. or at the Mayor's Office until 5 p.m.. You may get registration form on line HERE! (If you are not entering the parade for competition, you do not require a number)

- Antiques: Entered, 2 - 4 p.m.
- Carnival: Opens 6 p.m.
- Parade: Begins downtown at 6 p.m. & travels to Fairgrounds
- Entertainment: 7 - 9 p.m. - Freedom Church Praise Team
- Jr Rodeo: 7:30 p.m. in the Rodeo Arena. Admission: 13 and up $5.00; Youth 4-12, $3.00; Children 3 & under free. Jr. Rodeo Arm Bands may be purchased at the Fair Office Ticket Window after 6 p.m.
August 31st, Wednesday
- Master Numbers available at Fair Office Ticket Window 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Adult Check-In for Baked Foods, Flowers and Field Crops: 8 - 10 a.m. Judging begins at 10 a.m. in the June Simington Building with building closing to the public during judging. The building will re-open as soon as judging is completed and will remain open until 10 p.m.
- Livestock Check-In: 1 - 4 p.m. Market animal weigh-in at 4 p.m. (A $5.00 stall or pen fee is required)
- Commercial Building: Open 2 - 10 p.m.
- Carnival: Opens 6 p.m.
- New This Year!! Ladies' Buck-Off Contest on the mechanical bull. Cowgirl Up and show those guys how it's done!!
No pre registration required, just show up @ 7 p.m. at the mechanical bull ride, located near the stage. Entry fee is just $5.00. - Entertainment: 7 -9 p.m. - U Turn Grace Ministries Band
September 1st, Thursday
- Master Numbers available at Fair Office Ticket Window 8 a.m. - NOON
- Horse Check In: 8 a.m. - NOON, NO LATER (A $5.00 stall or pen fee is required)
- Arkansas Game & Fish arrives 4 p.m. with the fish aquarium and will set up beside the cow barn.
- June Simington Building: Open 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Swine Judging: 9 a.m. Open Judging - Jr Judging
- Commercial Building: Open 2 - 10 p.m.
- Sheep & Goat Judging: 4 p.m. beginning with Open Sheep, Jr. Sheep, Open Goats and Jr. Goats.
- Carnival: Opens 6 p.m.
- Horse Judging: 6 p.m. iIn Rodeo Arena
- Farm Bureau: Cow milking display
- Entertainment: 7 - 10 p.m. - KFIN presents South 40
September 2nd, Friday
- June Simington Building: Open 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Beef & Dairy Cattle: Open Judging (Open Dairy Cattle / Open Beef Cattle)
- Jr. Judging: Jr. Dairy Cattle / Jr. Beef Cattle / Jr. Showmanship
- Poultry & Rabbits Judging
- Commercial Building: Open 2 - 10 p.m.
- Rodeo Arm Bands: On sale at Fair Office Ticket Window @ 5 p.m. Adults 12 & up $10.00, Youth 4-12, $ 5.00, Children 3 & under free.
- Carnival: Opens 6 p.m.
- Blue Ribbon Sale: Jr. Exhibitors Premium Ribbon Sale @ 6 p.m. in Small Show Arena. Payment is expected at time of sale.
- Wooten Rodeo: 8 p.m. (approximately 2 hrs). Tickets go on sale at 4 p.m.
- Farm Bureau: Cow milking display
September 3rd, Saturday
- NEW IN 2011 - Arm Bands for the carnival will be on sale 10 a.m. -2 p.m. at the Fair Office Ticket Window and will be available on the carnival grounds all day.
- Horseshoe Pitching Contest: 9 a.m.-???
- Car Show: On Jr. High Circle. Contact Rick 870-378-1145, Russell 378-1217, or Mike 219-8837.
- Commercial Building: Open 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- June Simington Building: Open 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Carnival: Opens at Noon for Arm Band Day. New in 2011
- Redneck Games: Hosted by the Jr. Fair Board, beginning @ 12:00 Noon
- Wood Cutting Contest: 2 p.m. in the Small Show Arena
- Drawing for Commercial Booth Prizes: 4 p.m.
- Arkansas Game & Fish Aquarium: Leaves @ 4 p.m.
- Scholarship Auction begins in the Show Arena at 5 p.m. or as soon after the Wood Cutting event is concluded and Scholarship Auction can be set up. Pre-registration will begin at 4 p.m. Payment is expected at time of sale.
- Rodeo Arm Bands: On sale at Fair Office Ticket Window @ 5 p.m. Adults 12 & up, $10.00; Youth 4-12, $ 5.00; Children 3 & under free

- Leaving before official check-out time will result in forfeiture of premium check.

September 4th Sunday
- June Simington Building: Open for check-out, 2 - 4 p.m. Pick up checks, if available.
- Commercial Building: Open for clean-up, 2 - 4 p.m.
Please remember that we cannot have any animals on the property except working animals and service animals. Please, for the safety of everyone concerned, do not bring your pets out to the Fair. You will be asked to remove them if you do. Let's keep this a pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
