2010 FOOD PRESERVATION

YOUTH & ADULT DIVISION

All exhibits must be in standard quart, pint and half-pint jars. Quilted jars may not be used for any product EXCEPT jams, jellies and preserves. Two-piece lid/rings only. Exhibitors are limited to one entry in each category except where specified. In Jams, Jellies, Preserves, Marmalades, Fruit Butter, Fruit Honey category, exhibitors may enter one of each type for that flavor. (Example: Apple butter, Apple jelly, Apple jam, etc.)
