Check in time: Tues. Aug. 30th, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Youth must be present at check-in and all items must have been completed by the youth since the last fair. Shelves must have the appropriate hanger for hanging. Silk arrangements must be with individual stems, arranged in a pleasing manner.
