Our Clothesline Art has become a leading exhibit in the Educational Building. Local Kindergarten teachers have been bringing in their classes' pictures. Randolph County has some very talented children.This event is also open to home-schooled children, and we would like to have more of them display. We are hoping to have about 200 this year. Please help us achieve our goal!
Clothesline Art is open ONLY to Kindergarten age students in Randolph County. They may be Public, Home or Private Schooled. Entries may be taken to the June Simington Building on Monday before the Fair, from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Clothesline Art is hand colored and unframed pictures, and will be hung on clotheslines with clothespins to display during the Fair. The art may be picked up on Sunday 2 to 4 p.m. There will be no premium paid on these pictures; howrver, each one will receive a ribbon.
