Adult & Youth
The guidelines for this department dictate that all pictures must be in a frame with a wire hanger securely attached on the back. The wire hangar needs to be intact BEFORE arriving at the Fair. NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS WILL BE ALLOWED.
Entries may vary, except NO clothing items will be accepted in the division. Size of entries limited to no larger than 20”x24” frame.
